New Work - Winter Maiden

I'm sure everyone over in the UK is sick and tired of wintery scenes at the moment but I'm actually feeling rather nostalgic for the snow laden British countryside of my youth. Which leads me to the subject of my latest and final illustration in a series of work entitled 'seasonal maidens':

I have been creating illustrations of 'ethereal maidens' for each season this year and have just completed one for Autumn, a rather blustery design which is fitting for the recent change in weather.

Just winter to complete now, with any luck I will post it before the year is out and then can look forward to ushering the spring again!

New Work

Despite (or perhaps due to) the English spring time being somewhat elusive this year, I felt inspired to create an image depicting the spring goddess ushering in the new season. And here they are:
